WAVE OF INSPIRATION”
KINESIA PILATES offered great inspiration to all women’s hearts in collaboration with Yazemeenah Rossi, a world-renowned spiritual influencer
“Be true to ourselves, enjoying the beauty of simple things in life brings peace and fulfillment” - Yazemeenah Rossi
Kinesia Pilates, located on the 4th floor of The Upper Ground Bangkok, recently hosted a groundbreaking event aimed at empowering women to embrace their authentic selves. The event, led by renowned instructor Kru Hong, Mejirasaya Uiwatanachai, featured an exclusive appearance by one of her most influential mentors, a 68-year-old model and close friend. Her profound insights on life and the power of simplicity left a lasting impact on all attendees, encouraging them to find beauty in every moment of life’s movement. The highlight of the event was an intimate interview with Yazeemmenah Rossi, who shared life stories that challenged conventional mindsets, offering warmth, wisdom, and practical advice for daily living. Her message was clear: the happiness and success everyone desires are within reach, waiting to be unlocked through self-awareness and the cultivation of inner strength.
Kinesia Pilates is more than just a fitness studio; it is a sanctuary dedicated to creating a safe and challenging space for people of all ages and fitness levels. "We want to inspire everyone to become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves," said the founders in a joint statement. "Through events like WAVE OF INSPIRATION, we hope to continue spreading positive energy and holistic health, empowering our community to thrive." The event, titled“WAVE OF INSPIRATION” resonated deeply with attendees, thanks to the wisdom shared by Rossi and the holistic approach to health that Kinesia Pilates promotes. Mejirassaya Uiwatanachai, affectionately known as “Instructor Hong,” has drawn inspiration from Yazemeenah Rossi for eight years. She recognizes that for today’s women, balancing life is about more than just work, money, or appearances. True beauty, she believes, arises from within.
"In today’s modern world, everyone rushes through life—waking up, working, studying, racing against time, facing chaos from the environment, social pressure, or even self-imposed pressure, all while trying to be accepted, forgetting to pay attention to ‘their true happiness,’" said Instructor Hong. "At the WAVE OF INSPIRATION event, we aimed to inspire attendees with Yazemeenah Rossi's journey and her holistic approach to Mind-Body-Soul wellness. Discovering the inspiration, energy, and meaning of life is about understanding our paths, dreams, and goals deeply, and then daring to take action, daring to be happy, and daring to care for one another."
The event also aligned with the vision of Wanassanun Aroonchote, or “Instructor Lek,” one of the founders of Kinesia Pilates, a Pilates teacher, and a physical therapist. "Pilates is more than just physical exercise; it's a movement that connects the body to the mind through awareness," said Instructor Lek. "Many start Pilates for physical benefits, but as they continue, they find improved mental and emotional health, even amidst the chaos and stress of modern life."
Kinesia Pilates remains committed to promoting positive energy, holistic health, and the power of self-awareness through its classes and events. The studio will continue to serve as a beacon of inspiration, helping individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels to thrive.
